Tender Are Invited For PURCHASE OF SIXTEEN (16) MOTORCYCLES
1. The Government of the Republic of Haiti has obtained financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), which it plans to use in part to cover the current acquisition of sixteen (16) motorcycles for the Ministry of the Environment and the National Agency for Protected Areas. The use of IFAD funds is subject to IFAD approval, under the terms and conditions stipulated in the grant agreement and in accordance with IFAD rules, policies, and procedures. IFAD and its representatives, agents, and officials are released from any liability for any legal actions, proceedings, claims, demands, losses, and obligations of any kind and nature that any party may invoke in connection with the Inclusive Blue Economy (I-BE) Project.
4. The buyer now invites eligible bidders to submit their bids in a sealed envelope or upload them to the Bonfire platform for the procurement of sixteen (16) motorcycles. Further information regarding these goods and related services is specified in the schedule of quantities/delivery schedule included in this invitation to tender document. Please note that an information session will be held for bidders on May 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. (local time), according to the terms and conditions indicated in the specific data of the call for tenders, in Section III of the file. A Zoom link will be provided at https://ute-gouv-ht.bonfirehub.com 24 hours before the session to allow those who wish to participate. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Bonfire platform: https://ute-gouvht.bonfirehub.com and in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated in the specific data of the call for tenders – clause 23.2 of the instructions to bidders, no later than June 6, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. (local time) or in person to the following address:
